Matthias Gradl

Matthias Gradl, born in 1970, graduated as Dipl. –Ing. (FH) in mechanical engineering with a focus on innovative product development at the Coburg University of Applied Sciences.

Since 1999 he has been consulting corporations and midsized businesses from diverse industries on developing and realizing innovation strategies. He is a partner of the WOIS Institute for Innovation research and corporate development.

In 2011, he completed his Master of Business Administration at the Steinbeis University Berlin, the De Paul University Chicago and the Kelly School of Business-University of Indiana.

He is coauthor of diverse publications in this field.
